How to Cook Without Oil 🍳
Air Fryer: My go-to is the Philips Avance XXL Twin TurboStar. It's like magic but for your kitchen.
Stovetop: Use non-stick pans and add small amounts of liquid like broth or water mixed with soy sauce.

Oven: Use cooking liquids in a spray bottle for roasting. Parchment paper is your best friend here.

Baking Without Oil 🍰
Substitutes: Use applesauce, yogurt, or even mashed bananas instead of oil.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put your cinnamon stick and cloves in a reusable tea bag and set aside. β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
2. In a large pot, mix the apple juice, honey, raisins, and spices and let the liquid rest for 1 hour. β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
3. Core the apple and cut it into four sectors.β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
4. Warm up your apple juice mix on medium heat and add the apples. Heat for 20 minutes until the apples start to soften.β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
5. Turn off the heat and remove the spices from the pot. Mix in lemon juice.β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
6. Put the apple slices in a cup and fill it up. Enjoy hot!β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
